Our new Apple iPad arrived yesterday and despite being a largely rugged company it would be remiss to let the iPAD fever go by withouyt at least 1 blog on it!!
First impressions are that its very quick, well connected and web pages were almost coming up instantaneously, the BT is strong and we’ll be doing all sorts of testing with it to see how well it can be used as a tablet/interface screen for some of our rugged solutions.
We opted for the 64GB 3G version and so we’ll bet testing everything soon. It is a thing of beauty though and it was quite funny seeing our rugged engineers gasping when it got its first scratch last night!! Very out of character!! This otterbox better be good!!!
